Its very likely that you are encountering a bug in the beta version of the software that you are running. RC = Release Candidate, and not stable. It's also possible that you have a server configuration issue in the new server.

Recommend that you investigate the Apache/PHP error logs to see what errors are being logged to them.

Thanks ntozier,
You tell me the same thing, alweys when I write in the forum, Yes, I made the mistake of updating some time ago and there is no turning back, I still have the problem, I also receive hundreds of reports with this message:

IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/adjuntosfiles/P/PDb_xFO8OUrqjh-fk9dLVC3a5eMpYtac: Unable to read from file

Any idea?

Hi @ntozier
Can I resolve my issue if update my osticket to v1.11 stable?
What do you think?

  • RBGE replied to this.

Technospain While I can't offer any advice regarding the initial problem, I'd certainly recommend installing the update. It has a load of bug fixes from the RC, and as it's a stable release, you're not going to get the reply saying you shouldn't be using an RC.

RBGE I use image folder plugin to many years, now I have 7GB in directory at server, last day, clean my osticket and erase one year old tickets (2017) but my surprise is when in directory images continues (not erase) is this normal?

Now I have this same message a lot of times in the day:

      https://ibb.co/55hcff3

      @Technospain

IOException: Unable to read resource content
(root)/adjuntosfiles/P/PDb_xFO8OUrqjh-fk9dLVC3a5eMpYtac: Unable to read from file

This error is stating that there is an issue with the directory on your filesystem or (less likely) the FS Plugin itself.
      - Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the FS Plugin?
      - Have you checked your file permissions and ownership for the directory/files on your filesystem?

      Cheers.

        Hi,
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the FS Plugin? Yes I tried, but problem continues
Have you checked your file permissions and ownership for the directory/files on your filesystem? Yes, directories has 755

          Technospain

          Fact! I'm waiting
And Can you help me with this error?

In any reply or any new ticket have this error:

and this? "and ownership for the directory/files"
You only posted permissions not the ownership.

            @ntozier

I upgrade to v1.11 stable, all process without problems, all green, I received osticket ticket about upgrade, all ok

But I need reply one ticket and error "file not found" no repair.. Now my osticket it's stable but I don't have any idea about this issue.

Did you clear your cache after the upgrade?

I'm not sure why there is a #reply after the id. What happens if you remove it?

Webbrowsers have a cache. Did you clear your web browsers cache after you upgraded to the new version.

              Your screen shot shows /scp/tickets.php?id=10400#reply

What happens if you remove #reply?

              ntozier

Without # any reply works fine for me but ¿where's this code? ¿Where's generate?

Did you do any edits or the .htaccess files?

Is your webserver doing any redirects?
