@ntozier

I upgrade to v1.11 stable, all process without problems, all green, I received osticket ticket about upgrade, all ok

But I need reply one ticket and error "file not found" no repair.. Now my osticket it's stable but I don't have any idea about this issue.

Did you clear your cache after the upgrade?

I'm not sure why there is a #reply after the id. What happens if you remove it?

    Webbrowsers have a cache. Did you clear your web browsers cache after you upgraded to the new version.

    Your screen shot shows /scp/tickets.php?id=10400#reply

    What happens if you remove #reply?

    Without # any reply works fine for me but ¿where's this code? ¿Where's generate?

    Did you do any edits or the .htaccess files?

    Is your webserver doing any redirects?

      And... in new tickets I have same problem, new tickets haven´t symbol #
