Hi,
i have a problem with a new installation v.1.10. I set up an email, the mail is working i get notifications of new tickets etc. When i test it as a user i am getting al mail with the ticket information and i can reply the mail, normally it would update the ticket.. Now i only get a email on the admin mail with the clients reply.. How do i set up this? Clients can only reply when they login on the site instead of replying to the mail.
another problem, i disabled the function password reset because it does not work... users get a mail with a link in it, first of all it is not clickable. So you need the copy and paste it into a browser but if i do that the link redirects to the login page..
When users get a activation mail they get this link:

I do not understand the " [ " before support.liveatschool.nl also it is not clickable in the mail, only when i open this mail in Outlook.. Office 365 and Hotmail it is not clickable. Hope u guys can help me with this.
We use Topdesk now, but we want to use OSticket if everything is working...
