I'm using version 1.18. I'm trying to setup a SMTP Server using MailJet, but I keep getting the "Protocol required" error.
My params are the following:
I've looked for similar problems but without success. I already use MailJet for other projects, so I exclude the firewall as the root of my problem.

Save SMTP info with Status set to Disabled. Then you can set the Status to Enabled and configure Basic Auth.

I have seen that solution in a previous discussion but it does not solve my problem.
Set Authentication to NONE, Status to Disabled, Save Changes, Status to Enabled, Authentication to Basic, configure auth, Save Changes.

Refresh the email settings page, then follow steps Authentication to NONE, Status to Disabled, Save Changes, Status to Enabled, Authentication to Basic, configure auth, Save Changes.
