how to set up basic authentication ?
Protocol required while setting SMTP server

Configure Hostname + Port, set Status to Disabled, set Authentication to None, click Save Changes, set Status to Enabled, set Authentication to Basic, click Config, add auth details, click Update, then click Save Changes.
