as we can't stop because its live os ticket and our scenario is only one email is and then its auto generate ticket - In Timing issue

Hi all,
I am using Os ticket (v1.10.4)
When we email fro generate new ticket email timing is correct as Asia/kolkata.
But ticket timing shows wrong. - In Email issue
I don't have change anything.
Before when we configured user gets only one reply bt from now some days users get 2 reply.
Is any thing change need to be done in settings.
Also attached snap shot of my auto response settings.

This is my scenario.
support@example.com is configure in Os ticket.
When I am sending email from vijendra@example.com to support@example.com tickets automatic created in OS ticket.
But after tickets generated vijendra@example.com received 2 emails replies like "Support Ticket open"Thanks.

Having issue when I am email to register email id to the OSticket.
Then user get 2 emails replies "Support Ticket open"If I am write in ticket then user get only 1 reply so issue with auto response.

Hi I am using os ticket 1.9.12 having issue when i want to export last 3 or 4 months reports of closed tickets query may be not run browser finish his work and show all my tickets from 1 -50 of 107996My tickets number are too high.Is there any way for resolving this issue ?Thanks in advance

Hi AllI am using OS ticket version 1.9.12 in centos.Having issue when I try to search closed ticket for last 3 month i get an error in browser.its shows query in browser.And if i find 1 week or less ticket i got error like this Query token not foundHow ever i gone passed 100000 tickets and i want to remove 1 to 70000 tickets from databaseits is any possibilty ?Thanks in advance...

Hi I am new in Os ticketI have installed it and all working fine But the issue is every time i need to login in administrator and update email password for support ticket.Then tickets shows in portalafter update password from email tickets are reflected in portal but duplicate entry created can you please help me on this
