so I setting up a workflow using osTicket (1.14.2 Awesome theme) for software approval in my firm, in concept there is two teams, one screens the request and the second team approves it. I am an agent in the first team in this workflow but I am also a user that issues tickets, every time I issue a ticket the system resets my access and removes me from all teams, is this by design or a bug? and how to solve this issue?

Did you ever resolve this? I'm seeing the same behavior on 1.14.2 (but no theme mods). Team members just spuriously removing themselves. If upgrading resolves the issue then I will, just would like to know before I start.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this thread, but they will likely ask that you upgrade to current and re-test.

    ntozier I did update the behavior still persists, also got rid of the theme mod and reset, the bug is still there

    I think it is an issue with the SAML plug in and how it resets staff data go to plugin , options staff, update staff data, uncheck the box, seems to work for now

    SAML plugin? We only have an LDAP plugin available. We do not recommend using 3rd party plugins as you will almost always run into issues (like in this case). Please contact the developers of the plugin for further assistance.
