Hi guys,

is there an option to force staff to use an email signature?
As far as I know I can setup a default email signature for each user, but users still can change it to 'none' when reply to a ticket.

Can I make the use of an email signature mandatory?

    No.

    If you set a department signature it will use that unless they have their own set though.
