Hi guys. Has anybody tried to reset the dashboard? I can't find any answers right now. I hope you can help me guys. Thank you.

Hi sir @ntozier thank you for the reply. I just tried the suggestion on the link you've sent but when i tried to delete the thread and thread event table it gives me a NaN display on my dashboard. What should be the proper way to clear it's data? Can you enlighten me please? Thank you.

Hello. If want to reset the dashboard but keep a couple of tickets that happened to be legit during the testing period, do I still clear the THREAD & THREAD_EVENT tables or only the THREAD_EVENT?

I've never tried to reset the dashboard and keep a couple tickets.
I would think that this is an all of nothing type thing.

I'm with @ntozier. When I did all my testing they were all tests and when I went live, started clean. I would actually think that it might be built-in function or at least a script that could be built in so that once you get all the settings how you want them and testing all done, that you could clean it up and then deploy it. Wasn't a big deal for me though.

So I delete all tickets, I empty both of THREAD and THREAD_EVENT tables, I do not touch the other THREAD_* tables and I will have a clean start. Btw I am at 1.14.7 (I am sorry I posted here, I realized it afterwards that it's for 1.12). This method is also valid for 1.14.7?

The Dashboard hasn't changed in a long time. The procedure for resetting the dashboard hasn't changed.

Hello,

I reset the stats by emptying THREAD and THREAD_EVENT tables. System went live today and on the first day I have this dashboard. As you can notice, the graph seems broken and the service and response times are not logged. Any ideas?

If you put it into production today, then there would be no stats to display for yesterday.
