Reset dashboard stats

Hi,

Now that I'm done testing and so on, I'd like to reset the dashboard stats for when we begin using the system in earnest. Given that I've imported a bunch of data in the DB and set up my options the way I need, I don't want to start with a blank DB.

Is it possible to reset the stats?

If you delete just the tickets the stats will reset

ramrajone No. I deleted them all and that had no effect. Hence I posted this.

You would also have to clear the THREAD & THREAD_EVENT tables.

ntozier I'm sorry, I'm not too smart. Just delete the files THREAD-event.tmpl.php? Can you show in the form of a screenshot? we have a Russian version of this hard to navigate. Thanks.
