Hi @ntozier , I am just new to osticket, and I tested it a lot of times, and I am now confident enough on how to use the osTicket, May i know what should I do if i want to reset the dashboard back to zero, I am now decided to deploy this ticketing system to our company, hopeful for your immediate response, thanks!

I think, if you delete the tickets and also clear the thread and thread events tables, the stats will reset.
