We love osticket and want to leave a feature request:
Task Templates:
If you get a ticket like "new employee", you can choose a new template which creates a couple of tasks like:
- create AD User
- create DB User
- buy new PC
- set permissions
A similar template is "employee left company"
- delete all accounts
- confiscate laptop
- confiscate smartphone
Recurring tasks:
You can add time information to a task, so the task pops up like every day, every week, or the 1st every month:
For example:
- check backups
- check apc batterie
- empty trash 😉
Task priority:
Example:
We put all our internal tasks into osticket even the long therm tasks like "find a new antivir-software".
My boss want to set internal priorities for all his staff. So we need a extra dropdown like that one in the ticket section.
Maybe you can create your own content on that prio list?
