Our operation would benefit from having sets of predetermined tasks associated to a Help Topic.
For example, if the help topic is "Request Product Return", we would like to add a batch of 3 Tasks straightaway:
- Send return shipping label
- Inspect returned item
- Issue refund.
Alternatively, I would like to have a different Ticket Status list for each Department... so that I can map the workflow directly into the statuses... e.g.
10 - Open
50 - Sending Return Shipping Label
51 - Inspecting returned item
52 - Issuing refund"
