This is the message i keep on getting when trying to access some tickets in the system.

Also i happen to be the administrator and not able to delete user accounts

What might be the issue?

Third party hosting namecheap and osticket version 1.12.2

Am currently the admin and I installed this via softaculous on the cpanel account

no environment details provided.

Chances are if you cannot open/view a ticket it is because your agent account does not have permissions to view the ticket.

    Being an "admin" in osTicket does not mean that you have unlimited unfettered access to tickets. It means that you have access to changing osTicket Settings. If you want to have access to tickets you will have to grant your account access to the Departments or Teams that the tickets are assigned to.     Same issue here, I've changed the permission, because the ticket belongs to another deparment. Thanks
