If you are seeing a blank white page then it's likely a PHP error.
It sounds like your seeing a 500 error which could be PHP, but more likely is your webserver not being configured properly.
Are you actually running Apache?
Are you running anything like mod_security -or- SELinux?

ntozier Yes, I'm running apache. Php 7 on ubuntu 16.04. I am not running mod_security or SELinux.
Also yes, I recieve a Error 500 like you can see at the screenshot i've posted earlier.

Logfiles show lot's of notice in file class.orm.php, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Nothing I could refer a 500 error to. I can upload the whole file if you like?
How about the Apache error or Access logs?

If you read the error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getBody() on null in /var/www/osticket/include/plugins/osticket-slack-master/slack.php:It says that the system is trying to call getBody() on null...I'm assuming null is supposed to be a thread entry object or something. Anywho, you should contact the plugin developer for further assistance or just remove the plugin altogether.

Get body is supposed to fetch the contents of a thread entry. It was missing 'Issue Details' since I deleted that column.
