Hi!

I hope someone can help me here.. I recently update from version 1.11 to 1.12 and now some customers mentioned they don’t see the Thank-You page anymore after they supply a form on the site. I’ve tested it and it seems like there is no redirection.

I tried to check all the options but I didn’t mentioned anything odd. Any suggestions what i may be missing?

Server Information:
osTicket Version v1.12 (a076918)

Web Server Software Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version 5.7.26
PHP Version 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.4

Guests see the thank you page.
Registered users see the ticket that they opened.
Agents do not see the thank you page.

    Thanx for you response. I've found that on google too, but when i fill in the form as 'guest' in a browser where i never logged on to i still get no Thank-You page. The ticket will be created and afterwards the 'guest' will see a blank page. URL sticks on https://abcd.efgh.nl/open.php

    Just tried it from a whole different PC with a non existing user and i've got the same error. HTTP ERROR 500.Any thoughts?

      thijskossen Is the Thank You page that's set for the topic still present in your system? (Admin -> Manage -> Pages and Admin -> Manage -> Help Topics -> New ticket options)

          RBGE Yes, it is. I've tried make a new Thank-you page with a different name but the problem still exists.
          My latest thoughts went to the second language (nl), that it may be possible that he try to open the dutch page but also there i can't find anything odd. I've replaced the phar file for the folder downloaden from http://i18n.osticket.com and check if it is all set. Unfortunately also without result..

            ntozier I just noticed that also registered users don't have a redirect to the ticket they opened. I assume tho whole redirection (script i assume) is broken. Do you know where I can find it?

              If you are seeing a blank white page then it's likely a PHP error.
              It sounds like your seeing a 500 error which could be PHP, but more likely is your webserver not being configured properly.

              Are you actually running Apache?

              Are you running anything like mod_security -or- SELinux?

                ntozier Yes, I'm running apache. Php 7 on ubuntu 16.04. I am not running mod_security or SELinux.
                Also yes, I recieve a Error 500 like you can see at the screenshot i've posted earlier.

                    Logfiles show lot's of notice in file class.orm.php, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Nothing I could refer a 500 error to. I can upload the whole file if you like?

                            If you read the error:

                            PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getBody() on null in /var/www/osticket/include/plugins/osticket-slack-master/slack.php:

                            It says that the system is trying to call getBody() on null...I'm assuming null is supposed to be a thread entry object or something. Anywho, you should contact the plugin developer for further assistance or just remove the plugin altogether.
