Hello i want to upgrade my 1.10.6 version to 1.12
When i updated this version the tickets are not visible (older tickets and new tickets after the upgrade) the tickets don't appear in the web, but I see directly on MySQL and find the tickets using the ID of ticket.

In order for anybody to provide a reasonable answer, we'd need to know the web server software and version, PHP version, etc... (all under Admin -> Dashboard -> Information). See https://forum.osticket.com/d/89131-please-read-before-requesting-assistance for other useful info that may help.

Also, does your system meet the requirements in https://osticket.com/faq/ ? If you're running an older version of PHP as an example, you'd need to update.

PHP 5.6.40-5 and ubuntu14.04.1

Okay, PHP should be fine. Ubuntu 14 is EOL unless you've purchased Extended Security Maintenance, but this shouldn't affect osTicket much. Are you able to upgrade to 16 or 18? By default, this would give you a more up-to-date PHP version too.
What about MySQL version? Generally if 1.10.6 works fine then I can't imagine there'd be any other system settings that would cause issues, but maybe someone more knowledgeable than myself in this matter would have better advice ?

I have mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.62.
I tried to upgrade to 16 or 18, but after upgrade when I login I get an error "csrf token is invalid". This is the main reason because I still on 14 .

You could try setting up fresh osTicket version 1.12 and do a backup of current osTicket then import the database

your error "csrf token is invalid" could be due to cache

It sounds to me like your agent account does not have access to the departments that the tickets are in. HAve you confirmed that you actually have access to the tickets in the ui ?

ntozier I have installed ldap plugin for users and agents, with my user I have full access and I created a local agent with full access too but none has access to view ticket's list, if I put the url with ticket id I can access correctly.

Can you take a screenshot of your /scp/system.php which list all your osTicket details and PHP version, web server info, etc...

After updating to 5.6 I was able to update without problems to 1.12 and then I updated php to 7.2 working perfectly.

          Thank you

CNC changed the title to [SOLVED] After Upgrade 1.10.6 to 1.12 tickets are not visible.

Glad to be of assistance. I'll close this thread, but please feel free to start a new thread if you have another question, problem, etc.
