[resolved] how add new column?
ntozier nop,
I have not been able to finish, because I think they do not understand what I'm needing ..
I need here, to be able to add a column, which is called "PC Number" https://prnt.sc/nio2l0
and that this column shows the number of pc that believes in the variable is https://prnt.sc/nio3y2
You said that you already created the variable and added it to the queue... So there is nothing left to do. Adding it to the queue adds it as a column.
Yes, that is a column.
for me that's not a column, that's a menu item ..

Then you did not add the item [variable] to the queue you want it to display on.
Admin panel -> Tickets -> Queues
Click on the Queue you want to edit.
Click on Columns.
Add your variable as a column.
ntozier thank you, i find it, http://prntscr.com/nnzv78
but i can't find my form "Number PC"
You cannot add a form.
You can add a variable/column.
Then you click Add New and in the Primary Data Source you select the variable you want to add.
ntozier where ? i can't find the Primary Data Source.. http://prntscr.com/novcch
Add new first.
Then select the data source.
Then you are not running the current Stable (1.12).
Official Doc site:

The article I wrote for going from 1.10 to 1.11 (although outdated the procedure does not change). note: if you are on 1.11 and going to 1.12 the upgrader will not run as there is no database structure changes.
