Hi, I'm going to install the plugin,

the description is not very clear for beginners.

Who can explain to me step by step? where to upload .zip files?
thank you

Can you send a link to these files? I believe I had tried once but had some issue, can test and write a document

The .phar of the plugin -OR- the folder containing any plugin...
    goes in: \include\plugins

Like it says on the Plugin download page:

Yeah, that's one of mine. Documentation is hard!

Unfortunately this plugin does require a modification to core for the time being. Haven't figured out a way to achieve it without that.

I believe the mod is only required if you need to hook the ticket delete process though, if you are after just auto prune of the old ones, it should still work, just will not export them. Hmm, should probably work on that some more eh.

      Welcome your input @ramrajone

        Grizly thank you.
I installed and configured the plugin yesterday afternoon, but it did not delete anything. Do I need to enable a cron job on the server?

this plugin actually deletes, but if I increase it to 80 tickets every 2 hours, the db makes me collapse,

I got 2.5 GB of db, is there a way to delete all 2018 via the database table? the attachments are on Amazon s3 so they shouldn't be a problem.

From where do I download this plugin? The Admin panel says only "To add a plugin into the system, download and place the plugin into the include/plugins folder". There should be an osTicket plugin repository - where?

joheben I find something on osTicket, but there are no clear install instructions. There is no ".phar" file to download to /include/plugins

Sorry for being a little daft here - clear installation instructions would help!
