Is there a possibility to archive older (closed) tickets? I found a plugin archiver but it doesn't seem to work with the latest version.

Isn't it strange that there is no way to archive or delete old tickets in OSTicket? Are we the only user with such problem? We have over 7000 records and do it in a manual way is a lot of work.
The plugin seems not working with the latest version and I think there is no support on it ?

We have over 15000 tickets [in our largest production site] and I haven't found any reason to archive or delete tickets yet. /shrug

That's right, it is mine, and this isn't the support Forum for third party plugins. You need help, making an issue on GitHub is the best way to get it, I get notified, everyone else who uses the plugin can see the discussion and can see any fixes/updates etc.
Although I'm sure by "no support" you mean: "no support for v1.11", which just came out.
I'll get around to updating the plugin soon, I do it in my spare time, which is getting rarer.
