Ok, in email > settings, i have the notification@mydomain.com in Default MTA
I have ticked the last tickbox "header spoofing" in the notification@mydomain.com configuration
where to put the outgoing email support@mydomain.com as outgoing email address then ?

Hi Xavier,
you can set it as Default System Email in email > settings.
Alternatively, department can set its own Email Address which will override the system default

I did all this but i still (and "customers" too) receive emails notifications with "notifications@mydomain.com
sorry, the message have been send without the end : i did all what you give me but still receiving with the notification email... Dont get it obviously...

Sorry to hear that; I think that maybe you should enable in your e-mail configuration the sent from other email addresses.
For example in gmail we had to enable in our notifications@mydomain.com preferences a secondary account to send email as support@mydomain.com

i saw you had a problem with ypur Links in the Emails the System sends.
I got them too, my links look like this:
