Hello everybody !
I'm here for a new question ?

Ok, let's go ! I have for my email system 2 emails : the first one is to check the box (for this example, let say my domain is mydomain.com) and the second one is for sending.
So i have : support@mydomain.com (to retrieve support by email) and notification@mydomain.com (this email is only to send as i use a sending mailer system : pepipost).

So, all is working fine but... when people received notifications, they have as sender email "notifications@mydomain.com" and i would like to put "support@mydomain.com" as email for the reply...

Is there a way to change the emails sent by the system to keep the same system but with a different "reply to" for the notification@mydomain.com email ?
(hope i'm clear...)

Thanks ?
Xavier

Thanks Nicoletta !
I will test this right now !
Have a nice day ?
Xavier

Hi Xavier,
you can set it as Default System Email in email > settings.
Alternatively, department can set its own Email Address which will override the system default

Cheers ?
Nicoletta

Thanks anyway ?

    Thanks Nicoletta.
Then, i have a question to try to make in another way : is there a field "reply to" available somewhere in each email account ?

    Thanks ?
