Hello, sorry for all this time without my feedback. I made some tests yesterday and finally got it working. Thank you very much for the supportMY SOLUTION:What I did was to apply the solution that jgomez4000 apply here https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/2628#issuecomment-381264941to the stock file in the folder include/pear/Net/SMTP.php Now I'm able to send through email and gmail with no problem. Thank you very muchBTWosTicket Versionv1.10.1 (9ae093d) —  Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApache/2.4.33 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2o PHP/7.0.30MySQL Version10.1.32PHP Version7.0.30

And this are my Email SettingsNotice how I entered the SMTP host name: ssl://smtp.gmail.comImage Linkblank

So like the documentation says at:https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Getting%20Started/Email%20Settings.html

Yes, like that, at the start I did tend to not putting the ssl:// at the beginning. But in any case, I did try to add the ssl:// without making the modificacion in the SMTP.php file and it didnt work. I needed to implemente the modification to make it work.
