We have just setup OS Ticket, and so far all fantastic, and doing exactly what we want whilst testing. However we come across one issue, where the department that will be using OS Ticket has two managers who work different and some overlapping days. They have their own login to OS Ticket, as they will also be dealing with some tickets created, but only one can be set as Manager, and we need both to be managers so they can see the workloads, and allocate where needed etc...I have seen the following post in the forums http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//mod-request-allow-multiple-managers-for-a-deptBut this dates from 2011 and seems incomplete, and I found a more complete version of this at the following site,http://blog.it-eservice.com/allow-multiple-managers-for-a-dept-osticket-1-6-stable/But this was posted years ago for v1/6, is their either an easy way of doing this at present or is this going to be in 1.11?Any help, or guidance gratefully appreciatedDave

I'm not aware of a way to do this for the current  version.I have not heard anything about this being a feature in any upcoming version. (but that doesn't mean it isn't, it just means no one told me about it)@[deleted] ping

@[deleted]This is not going to be included in v1.11, or v2.0 for that matter, as it's not really a priority at the moment. We will however add this to the list of feature requests for future versions, if it's not already on there. (pretty sure it is)At this time, there is no workaround unless you modify the code/db to do so.I hope this sheds a little light on the subject.Cheers.

I've added this to the feature requests document that I maintain.
