HiI have just installed V1.10.1 on a clean install of Ubuntu 16.04. Everything installed fine. But when it comes to creating tickets things dont seem to be working well. When i create a ticket on the agent panel the page changes but i have a white box at the top and unable to do anything (Please see attached image)Any suggestions?

You're running nginx, which is not a supported webserver. Please switch to Apache2 or refer to the many nginx threads over on github which contain a number of configuration changes taht you need to make to get it to work. It does not work out of the box.
