Hi,I need your help about the forms, maybe it's already included in this version but I'm not sure.I want to know if it's possible to lock a form when it completed by someone and not allow the agent to modify it again.Sorry for my english, an example will be better :Ticket "X" is assigned to agent "A", agent "A" will edit this ticket to complete form "B".Ticket "X" is now assigned to agent "C", agent "C" will edit this ticket to complete form "D" but he also can modify form "B".There is a way to deny modification when a form have already been complete ? You would have to deny the Agent edit access to tickets to achieve that.Admin panel -> Agents -> Roles -> the agents role.Permissions tabTicketsEdit.

Hi,Thanks for your response. I've already check in the Roles agents but I didn't found what I want. In Roles agents I can Allow or Deny the edition of the ticket but if I deny the edition of ticket, the agent will not edit the form or I use it as a workflow, a first agent complete a form and a second agent complete a second form, but once a form is complete I need it can't modify again. In the Roles agent I can't work on form permissions. Thanks !

/looks confused.Huh?If an agent cannot edit a ticket, then they cannot edit a form.

Hi,In the screenshot below, Form 1 has been completed by Agent A, then ticket has been assigned to Agent B.Agent B have to complete Form 2, but my problem is that Agent B can also modify the Form 1 already completed by Agent A.http://prntscr.com/j9i05yWhat I want is when a Form is completed nobody can modify it. Have you tried removing their rights to edit tickets?

I mean with the instructions i sent you on my first reply.Q: There is an another way to complete form than click on button edit ? forms can be added by help topics at ticket create and populated then.I dont know of any way to prevernt users from editing forms other than the removal of edit privs.

Ok so I think what I want is not possible yet. Maybe it could be an option that the osticket dev should integrate in the next release. Just for more details, I need this for a workflow. I would use it as workflow to create the access/permissions for our new employees. For example, a new employee is hired, the manager complete a form with the access needed and the ticket is assigned to IT, Quality Assurrance for validation etc... But during the workflow, the information put in a form need to be the same at the beggining of the workflow until the end. I hope this option will be integrate in the future release :)Thanks for your help !

Sounds to me like you are talking about tasks...

Is it possible to add form in tasks ?

I dont think that you can add forms to tasks ... but you can add custom fields to the Task Details form.

Hi,Ok found it.Here I can add fields for Buil-in Forms named "Task Details" but I don't want to add fields in only one task.I would like create other "Task Details" forms and use each task details form for a specific task. For example :Task details form 1 => I use it for task 1Task details form 2 => I use it for task 2etc...Each task should have her own task details form. Is it possible ?Thanks !

Consulta el Formulario de Detalles de la Tarea viene como formulario incorporado o lo tengo que crear personalizado?

y puede ser que aunque tenga marcado que me envie aviso de tarea vencida no me llegue el aviso por mail?
