@jlinkson, I purchased and tested OSTWO theme. THere are some problems I can not solve, actually.

The text on landing page is supposed to be translated from language files, but apparently this exact texts are not present in this files, so, could you give good advice how to have right translations?

          @Arianguy for the same reason that some wordpress/magento/drupal/joomla/etc plugins and themes cost money. People write things and think that they should be reimbursed for their effort. I feel that they are correct that labor and time deserves compensation.

          Arianguy when is the approx release planned date ?

          I do not have a date regarding when 2.0 will be released. The devs do not give me that information.

                I did long time ago. As far as I remember the solution is not so easy. 1 - check If the string is supposed to be translated, if not, replace it by translatable PHP. than, use unpacked language files, add there the string and translate.

                Just edit the file root_folder/index.php and change the text "Quick end Effcient Suppot" or "Open a New Ticket". It is very easy to do.

                  I am interested for this theme, but I need some more information before purchase:

                  1. Is it possible to install this theme (OSTONE or OSTTWO) without removing my current osTicket 1.12.2? It means, is theme indenpendent of the core osTicket 1.12.2?

                  2. Are theme licence and price time limited? 1 year, 2 years .....

                  1) Just need to replace few existing files.
                  2) No. We can use it for life time . Also we can download next 5 theme releases for osticket free

                  Also you can contact them for older themes(Ex: For osticket 1.11).

                    @KevinTheJedi Thanks. Is there any timeframe in the roadmap for the v2.x series? That's very important in all discussions related to custom osTicket responsive themes modifications.

                    We never set due dates, expected release dates, expected development dates, etc. All I can say is wait for the branch to be created and commits to start flowing in. 🙂
