I am interested for this theme, but I need some more information before purchase:

  1. Is it possible to install this theme (OSTONE or OSTTWO) without removing my current osTicket 1.12.2? It means, is theme indenpendent of the core osTicket 1.12.2?

  2. Are theme licence and price time limited? 1 year, 2 years .....

1) Just need to replace few existing files.
2) No. We can use it for life time . Also we can download next 5 theme releases for osticket free

Also you can contact them for older themes(Ex: For osticket 1.11).

    jlinkson It's a nice theme at a good price but i don't like something in the admin interface.
    OsTicket allow to see open ticket but also answered ticket just giving up to open with the mouse.
    Your theme doesn't have this for find answered ticket and have it speared from open tickets. You need use the advanced search but is not easy and quick. Good Theme but i suggest to improve this.

    Edit: found, answered ticket can be find in the top blu bar under ticket menΓΉ. So no issues πŸ™‚

      jlinkson I purchased the Client and Staff side themes.

      I now have an issue on the scp with date picker on new tasks. (I checked on your demo, the issue is present there as well. The date picker does work with new tickets though.)

      I did complete your contact us page but have not received anything via email.

      What is the average response time for support?

      @jlinkson Another issue is the Warning/Danger bar which notifies you of ticket locks.

      It pops up but as soon as you mouse over it or start scrolling, t is hidden behind the other bar and you cant access it.

      You would probably want to contact the theme author directly for your support issues.

      I have sent the dev my requests vie their website but figured I might have some luck If I post it here and mention @jlinkson as other people have been helped by posting on the Forum.

      I wanted to make sure that you already reached out to them as some people are lazy when it comes to looking for answers. πŸ™‚

      Cool. I opened two requests with them as its two separate issues.

      I have looked in the files and fixed some minor stuff like our logo does not fit in well on the Client theme , some colors and wording but this issue is a out of my wheelhouse. πŸ˜…
