Hi! im interested on knowing if there's something new related to this

topic, i dont really care if i need to mod my osticket but i need the

implementation because i suck at coding (sorry). Im currently using osticket V1.10 on ubuntu server with php5.6What i need is to add a field below the ticket status that agents state when responding a ticket to review, like in the image.What i was thinking is to add new ticket statuses but with the "diagnosis" extra field (maybe using slashes like on subtopics help topics section) maybe parsing the slashes and in case of finding the slashes, set visible the new field.This is in order to find a diagnosis of the ticket before attend it and obtain some statistics.Thanks in advance.

That is not a feature in osTicket, you would need to modify the core source files to achieve something like that.

Thanks, that's what i though, somebody has already made an implementation like this? The pages intended to check are ticket-view.inc.php and some .class that i dont find :/Thanks again for the time took for this topic!

I've seen some conversations about it, but do not recall seeing any code to implement it.

I've got an idea and clearly find out what i want, i need to have a field that depends if one ticket is resolved, an extra field pops out with a diagnosis statement like in the example image (but with the extra field below) the only thing that i dont understand is how to achieve it given the code.blankHere the diagnosis fieldDo i need to start a new post or with this is enough?
