I cannot replicate your issue.I closed a ticket that was opened on 3/24/2016.I reopened said ticket and can view it just fine.Have you checked your PHP error logs like I suggested?Have you reverted back to the stock language pack like I suggested?

HiLast day I reverted language and problem continuesCan you open one ticket here please? Later I close and you can see problemhttp://www.sat-technospain.es/open.php

My logging into your ticket system and opening a ticket is not going to give me the answer to my questions.  Have you checked your PHP error logs like I suggested?

That is not a PHP error log.  That is a webserver error log. This: mod_fcgid: stderr:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method QuerySet:() in

/var/www/vhosts/sat-technospain.es/httpdocs/include/class.dept.php on

line 341, referer: http://www.sat-technospain.es/scp/tickets.php?status=open mod_fcgid: stderr:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method QuerySet:() in

/var/www/vhosts/sat-technospain.es/httpdocs/include/class.dept.php on

line 341, referer: http://www.sat-technospain.es/scp/tickets.php?status=openMakes me wonder if you do not have a department specified on the ticket...Version of PHP?Can you look at the data for that ticket in the database? (ost_ticket)

user_email_id shouldn't be 0.Did you delete the user?Try setting that to 1. (temporarily)After you try that if it doesn't fix it then you could also try upgrading PHP to 5.6

Hi @[deleted]I write 1 in this cell but not works, can´t open this ticket and other with similar problem :(

I highly recommend upgrading to PHP 5.6 if you want to run 1.10-RC.3. I had all kinds of weird issues with RC.3 while running PHP 5.4 that were immediately resolved by upgrading PHP to 5.6.

Thanks rocket, my admin are prepare upgrade
