I haven't tried to do it, it was more a hypothetical somethign that you could try.

In the screenshot below where can I add the new email from the "reply-to"?blankI see only that option...

Reply-To addresses are set at the client/server level of the sender.

So I can't specify a personal email to the "reply-to"?

You can put whatever email you want there, from what I know.  I"m really not sure what you're asking.  You want separate reply-to emails?

@[deleted] yesI receive email from test@example.com (alias)I want the reply-to to: officialemail@example.com (this redirects email to the alias)It is more clear?

Sounds like mail server or code adjustment.

@[deleted] ok, so in my case filters are useless, right?

Just of curiosity, why don't send all mails from one address?

@[deleted], because we are more than one organisation (1 per 14 italian regions) and we need to receive emails from different support emails

Use a seperate department for each one?  Each one can have their own outgoing email address.

@[deleted] can you send me a screenshot with the correct configuration for reach my goal?

No?create an email in osticket make sure that it works.create a department.set outgoing email to the new email you created.set auto-response email to the new email you created.save your department.open a ticket that goes to said department.See if it works as desired.repeat for each department.

Ok, I'll try this as soon as possible!
