Everything works but I get Mailer Error in System Logs

Hello everyone!I have setup IMAP e-mail and SMTP outgoing mail using my mail server (Postfix on ISPconfig 3) and everything works fine.Mails get picked up, ticked is being created based on them and uses are getting e-mails - but some reason I have these entries in System Logs:'Mailer ErrorUnable to email via SMTP.mysite.com Failed to add recipient: user@his_domain.com ''I probably should note that I've setup osTicket cron in Debian successfully.osTicket version: v1.9.12What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you're not logging into an SMTP server but are sending via postfix, relaying email is usually disabled on email servers, cause of spam.

But Postfix is my email server.Is there some kind of log in osTicket containting email errors?

Your mail server is responding with 'Relay access denied'. You would want to look at your servers mail logs to help disagnose this.
