Hi!in v1.9.4, How can I disable attachments at all? I don't want neither staff or clients uploading attachments. In v1.9.2 there is to be an option in Admin Panel->Tickets->"Allow Attachments" but I see this option is gone in v.1.9.4. Thanks in advance,C

In 1.94 on Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets click the Config button for Ticket Attachment Settings and there you can turn off all attachments.

Hi Brettt,See attached pic. Even though there is no check mark in the "Enable Attachment" option, the customer and staff can post attachments into tickets by using the HTML rich content.

Unchecking the box simply turns off attachment on the message field. Inline attachments are considered part of rich text content. If you don't want rich text support then feel free to disable it in Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Enable HTML Ticket Thread.osTicket doesn't support disabling attachments on staff's responses.

Thanks peter for your input.Unchecking the box does not turns off attachments on the message field for me.

Care to post a screenshot?
