Hi,Is ist possible to upgrade from a RC to a Stable version later on?Meaning, if I upgrade from 1.9.12 to 1.10-RC.2, can I upgrade to a 1.10 stable version once it gets released?

Hi Brettt,See attached pic. Even though there is no check mark in the "Enable Attachment" option, the customer and staff can post attachments into tickets by using the HTML rich content.

in v.1.9.4. How does the attachments works in terms of being saved in the server?Do the need to be manually migrated from version to versions in order to work?Do the get save in a folder on the server? if not, where?What happens to these attachments when osticket gets updated?Is it possible to prevent users and staff to upload attachments entirely?Additionally, what are your thoughts in terms of space that this can take in the database? would this lead to some form of database corruption after years of saving attachments?Thanks in advance and I apologize beforehand for my dumb questions.Regards,C

Hi!in v1.9.4, How can I disable attachments at all? I don't want neither staff or clients uploading attachments.In v1.9.2 there is to be an option in Admin Panel->Tickets->"Allow Attachments" but I see this option is gone in v.1.9.4. Thanks in advance,C

Hi Folks,Email was working fine until probably a few weeks ago that I noticed that internal notes alerts were not sent. Other type of emails are delivered (for example new post reply) but new tickets and new internal notes are not longer working.Nothing has changed on the site.I also tried a test mail within the Admin panel and is not delievered (Even though there is a successful sent message from OSTickets).Any thoughts?Thanks in advance,C

Hi folks,I have this problem: with the addition of Users and Organization in v1.9.2, we have a myriad of tickets that kind of belongs to the same users but they are spread in different accounts. Some of this accounts are result of email typos, etc.I would like to clean up the user accounts a little bit and i could do this by merging all these tickets into the appropriate account. However, I can't find the way to effectively do this without having to go ticket by ticket and manually change the ownership.Any thoughts?

Puedes confirmar si recibes algun otro tipo de email enviado desde osTicket.Tambien puedes hacer algunas pruebas desde la parte de "Diagnostico". Mira el screen shot abajo.

Upgrade to PHP 5.5+ Below is my system information. Also since V1.9.2 is out, you may want to consider upgrading your osticket system too.Let me know how it goes!
