Check your Apache log for errors.
i have nothing logsApache/2.4.9 (FreeBSD) PHP/5.5.14 configured -- resuming normal operationsand it's a clear installation of osTicket 1.9.2
You seem to be having a lot of issues (just noticed how many threads you've started). Quoting myself from one of your other threads:If you are getting a blank screen then its likely that you are
encountering an error. You would want to consult your PHP error log.
You can find the location of your PHP error log in your php.ini.Alternatively you can turn on error display in osTicket. thanks ntozieri have turn on the php logs but i cannot access my system logs?
osTickets logs are generally more of a last resort for me personally. PHP, Apache, and MySQL all have their own logs, you would want to consult those.
