Hi, I performed an upgrade last Friday from 1.8.1.2 to 1.9.1 - all appeared to go well. It went through the upgrading dialog, then asked me to press Upgrade again. Everything completed without errors. However, when I went to add a reply to a ticket, the four tabs/panels at the bottom of the reply page were all unfolded - i.e. I could see all 4 of them one under the other in a single view. They were not stacked behind each other in tabs as they normally appear. I had to back out the upgrade immediately, and unfortunately did not even take the time to grab a screenshot. Has anyone else seen this issue?  Do you have a solution? Thanks

Hi tktman, is this similar to this problem I am having? (See screenshot): http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//1-9-1-layout-issues-when-editing-email-templates#latest

tktman this is usually reported after an upgrade, and usually resolved by clearing ones browser cache.

2 months later

I have just tried the upgrade again this morning from 1.8.4 to 1.9.3 this time, and the same issue exists. I have tried Chrome (with cache cleared), Firefox (with cache cleared), IE. It doesn't make any difference. They all display the same way. This time I have a screenshot. Anyone got any suggestions where to look ?

OK. My fault. I'm an idiot. I had forgotten I renamed the Staff Control Panel folder (/scp) to something non-standard - to make sure nobody unauthorized would be trying to login to it. Of course the upgrade process created a new scp folder, and left the old pages untouched in the renamed folder. Just renamed the new scp folder to the required name, and all good now. Sorry for wasting your time.

Hey no worries.  I'm glad that you solved your issue, and that you told us what it was. :)I'll

mark this thread as resolved and close it.  If you have another

problem, question, etc, please feel free to start a new thread.
