The referenced link has the fix that everyone is saying is working. If it’s not working for you then you didn’t make the changes correctly.
Hie Kevin, firstly confirm we are talking about the PHP fix if so i had not tried that one. Secondly on trying the php fix i cannot find the plugin directory so as to run the command. Please guide on its location so as i can execute.
Yes you have to modify the plugin. The path to the plugin folder differs based on where you installed it. Find your osTicket directory on the server and then plugins will be in include/plugins/.
