When trying to create new agents, I noticed that the tabs ‘Access’, ‘Permissions’ and ‘Teams’ are not clickable, so no new agent can be created?

Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. If using a language pack switch to English and see if issue persists.
