Good morning, when attempting to create a user in the Agents tab, I encounter an error indicating that the email is invalid. What could be the reason for this? The AD and LDAP configuration is functioning correctly; the errors are only occurring in osTicket.

Your server's DNS is struggling or the email domain doesn't have valid MX/A/AAAA records configured. You can disable email verification via Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Verify Email Addresses. However, the true fix is to work out your DNS issues or contact the domain owner to have them configure correct DNS records for their domain.
