Good morning, our osTicket is not sending an email to a user indicating that a new ticket has been created when the user sends an email to the department's email address. This results in the user not knowing their ticket number. What could be the reason for this error? Please advise.

Good morning, when attempting to create a user in the Agents tab, I encounter an error indicating that the email is invalid. What could be the reason for this? The AD and LDAP configuration is functioning correctly; the errors are only occurring in osTicket.
Hello, I would like to know if this is possible:
My company's team needs emails from cajerosautomaticos@mail.com (where there are several people included, such as different company worker accounts) to be sent to all members of a department called "Alternative Channels Support". This department already has an assigned email, which is sopcanalternativo@mail.com. cajerosautomaticos@mail.com does not exist as a department or team within osTicket, so I would like to know how an email redirection could be set up from scratch?
killobs Nevermind I was able to fix the problem. For anyone who has the same doubt, go to Settings > Requests > Alerts and Notifications, and then configure it as it goes along.
Thank you @KevinTheJedi for your time!KevinTheJedi Hello again, after making some adjustments in the settings, we managed to enable agents to view the ticket within osTicket. Now, the only issue is that ticket notifications are not reaching the agents' email in a timely manner. They only arrive hours later as a delayed ticket, displaying the message "Delayed Ticket Alert" (this delay being set per company configuration).
All users have full access.
KevinTheJedi I have verified and the IDs do match. The problem, as I have delved into it, is that once an email from a user arrives at osTicket, it is moved by the robot to the "completed" folder. After this, it should create a ticket in open requests but it does not; only an email is sent to the users. I have checked with the workers and it is only some of them who receive the email.
Good morning, at the company where I work, we have encountered issues with the agents of a department created in osTicket, all agents receive the email created by a company user, but it is not saved as a ticket in the requests window. I hope I have explained myself well and I remain attentive to any comments.

Good morning, to complete the installation of osTicket, I need to add a username and password to the IMAP of an LDAP instance, but when I do this, the following error appears:
cannot connect to host; error = stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to ssl://10.0.xxx.xx:993 (Unknown error) (errno = 0)
I have tried pinging, everything is correct with that, and also everything is fine when running the telnet command. What could be happening?

Thank you for responding. I have tried applying the permissions you suggested, even using 0774, but to no avail. Other things I attempted without success include:- Clearing cache
- Checking the php-phar installation, which seems to be correct.
- Checking the mod_ssl installation, it was not installed, and installing it did not result in any positive changes.
- Adding extension=phar to the php.ini file.
- Checking the error log, nothing related to the problem seems to appear, I attach an image for reference:

Hello, I have encountered issues while trying to install plugins. I was attempting to install auth-ldap.phar and storage-fs.phar, for which I executed sudo yum install php-phar. However, these plugins did not appear under the installed plugins tab in osTicket. Subsequently, I proceeded to convert the .phar files to .zip, but still had no success in decompressing them. Everything functioned correctly when I installed the es_AR.phar language, yet issues persist with the plugins. I have attached screenshots for further clarification:[upl-image-preview
