korali It looks like the entire site is down, as even software-mods is returning an error. It's possibly just under maintenance just now, and may be back soon.
As an aside, Scott Rowley (the creator of the plugin) did say he was suspending development of the Reports plugin until osTicket 2.0 is released, and I don't think the current version is compatible with PHP 8.x, which is of course, required for osTicket 1.17.x (or it caused errors on my system, and I was in more of a rush to get OAUTH2 working than worry about the Reporting plugin)
