I would like to reset all stats to zero, after doing the various tests.
I read in past articles that it was necessary to empty the Thread&Thread_Event tables.
I went to mysql and can't find them.
I already deleted the test tickets but the stats remained.
How do I reset everything?

As you mentioned you will need to truncate the thread, thread_entry, and thread_event tables.

I've found and emptied them, but i have too the statistics.

Apparently you didn't clear something. You have to truncate the ticket, thread, thread_entry, and thread_event tables.

Also if you use caching, you might have to reset your cache.
