Because of OAuth2, we moved to the latest version 1.17.2.
After upgrading we noted that we were unable to change tickets owner and to add collaborators into them (Cc).

Is it a known issue?
If it's the case do you have an idea of how to resolve it?

    What do you mean? What exactly happens? You haven't really provided enough information. Also, you need to post a screenshot of your Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information page.

    Have you checked your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.)?
