After installing the new version of OST, if a customer sends me an email which contains an image, I get the following message:
Excessive errors processing emails for ssl://mail.mailserver:993/IMAP (Flummoxed Helpdesk email@example.com).
Please manually check the Fetch Folder () [1/10 - 0/1]
If I delete the email, further messages work fine as long as there are no images.
This only happens with emails with images in them and then stops any further processing.
