Hi Guys,
After installing the new version of OST, if a customer sends me an email which contains an image, I get the following message:
Excessive errors processing emails for ssl://mail.mailserver:993/IMAP (Flummoxed Helpdesk email@mydomain.com).
Please manually check the Fetch Folder () [1/10 - 0/1]
If I delete the email, further messages work fine as long as there are no images.
This only happens with emails with images in them and then stops any further processing.
Any ideas?
