Are you running a plugin/extension in your browsers that prevents scripts from running?
No, we do not use plug-ins/extensions in our browsers. I even restored the settings of the 2 browsers

You said you changed the system language back to default but did you update your agent profile and completely delete the language pack from the server and test? Also, did you clear your browser cache/cookies and retest after the above?

Hello, I deleted the fr language pack and put the language back to default, deleted the cache, cookies from my browser and it's the same. No access to directories
Then you have a fatal error being logged somewhere.

Can you re-copy and replace the codebase? It sounds like maybe some files were corrupted or not copied over initially.
I did an installation with a language in English and all the profile options work very well for me but when placing the language pack in Spanish the profile and signature option stops working as mentioned by the LDI user
I don't see any database or PHP error logs, it seems to be a problem in the language pack

He’s the Spanish language pack and a few others have a bug as the currently translated string produces and error. The next language pack builds should address the issue. Until then you can install a similar language pack.
