The signature and parameter fields are inaccessible and grayed out for all agents, even for me who has administrator rights.

      Look at your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

      No errors in PHP, MySQL, logs, browser.....

      So this is the Dashboard. (which is old and really needs to be revamped.)
      You are running an old version of osTicket... or clicking on something else once there as my screen looks different (it has an image after "Mon compte" and before the tabs.

      The tabs look like this to me:

      Just because they look greyed out does not mean that you cannot click on them.

        Looks like your browser has issues with some of the JS functions. Any chance you can use a different browser to test? Also, I cannot replicate this issue so something is going on here with the code you have and/or your environment.

        It's the same with Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox.
        This problem was not present before the upgrade

          I do not see any other reports of this for 1.17.x so something is up with your setup/environment.

          Are you running a plugin/extension in your browsers that prevents scripts from running?

          No, we do not use plug-ins/extensions in our browsers. I even restored the settings of the 2 browsers

            You said you changed the system language back to default but did you update your agent profile and completely delete the language pack from the server and test? Also, did you clear your browser cache/cookies and retest after the above?

            I deleted the fr language pack and put the language back to default, deleted the cache, cookies from my browser and it's the same. No access to directories

              I did an installation with a language in English and all the profile options work very well for me but when placing the language pack in Spanish the profile and signature option stops working as mentioned by the LDI user

              I don't see any database or PHP error logs, it seems to be a problem in the language pack
