In my message prior to the one I sent the screenshots, I had already verified the following:
a) the custom added fields defined in v1.10 were still well defined after the update in v 1.15.8
b) the content of these fields had been lost in the update and in v.1.15.8 they appeared as empty.
c) any field that is empty is not included in the printout.
d) the system in v1.15.8 works fine.
Now I only have to recover the information of the custom added fields that are well loaded in v1.10 (I can restore the entire database backup with another name). I don't know why they were emptied when updating to v1.15.8.
To perform this recovery I have a backup of the entire database (maded with v1.10 in production) from 2 weeks ago.
Once the information of those fields is recovered... I assume that the printing will be complete.
Once the backup is restored... I will need to update the information with the new tickets uploaded since the backup was created.
Can I request assistance regarding the recovery of information from this same post? (to keep the explanation of what happened for reference) or should I open a new post in the forum?
