I was trying to remember, it was probably me who caused the problem.
Because there were several versions to update... I didn't do it "in situ" I generated a new installation....and probably in this new installation I haven't been meticulous in changing it to Spanish.
The "AR T" I imagine must have meant "AR" for Argentina and "T" the format of the date indicating timezone.
Perhaps to avoid problems of careless people like me (I must not be the only one) perhaps regardless of the language configuration... it would be convenient for them to add a function that decodes what is the effective format with which the dates were saved
