The structure of the added user fields (marked in red in the v1.10 printout) are still defined in the stored structure of the database after the update to v.1.15.8
The tickets in v1.15.8 are still loaded... but only the basic fields that are defined by default have values, the user-defined fields, although they are still defined in v1.15.8, seem to have empty content.

If my situation is now understood, I would like to verify later what method I can use to retrieve the information, For now I can only anticipate the following:
To recover the information of the fields that were blanked in the update from v1.10 to v1.15.8, I have a backup from 2 weeks ago, it is a sqldump of the database, but when v1.10 was in use. (prior to update to v.1.15.8)
Y don't know the database estructure changes between these versions.
